A Helicopter at School

Our students at school were surprised with a military visit that made an unforgettable entrance. As a part of a drug awareness program, the helicopter pilots landed right on our playground and spent the entire day with the students. The kids were able to climb aboard and tour. I think this little guy was the most excited of all.
Matt brought Caleb up to see the helicopter. Between groups he got his own little private viewing. However, when a class came he was eager to jump in line with the big kids.
The exit was even more dramatic to watch. We waved and watched them fly off toward Jacksonville Air Force base.

All Together Again

Rebecca got to come to Arkansas from South Dakota to complete the bunch.

With such a long drive, she had to leave pretty early so here is her PJ sendoff. This was after a little technical assistance from Caleb of course.Unfortunately the trip included a back surgery for Beth, so this is the beginning of her hopefully speedy back surgery recovery. There is sure enough energy around here to keep her on her toes.

Perfect Day for the Park

While my sister and family were here we headed down to "our park" as Caleb calls it. I truly feels like since there is rarely anyone there.

Kisses for everyone

Birthday Weekend

Last weekend my sister and her family came to visit which was such a nice treat for my birthday. We had gorgeous weather and such a relaxing weekend.
The Suiters are excited to announce their family will be growing in December. We are so excited! If you get a chance to see the video of Gracie hearing and processing she is going to be a big sister, it is priceless. I sure love when they come to visit. It was the best birthday present.
With three adorable kiddos and added silliness with the big kids, the camera is always out.
Emma Katherine is proud of her Patty-Cake and loves for anyone to play along especially Daddy. She was all squeals for Uncle Tim as she flew through the air. The older two were quickly in line to join that fun!
Caleb may not be up for posing but Gracie always is. She was all about Emma this weekend. It is going to be a good learning experience before baby Suiter is here.
We had dinner at the best restaurant in town...our patio! Chefs Matt and Tim came home with king crab, shrimp, sausage, and veggies. They did a fabulous job cooking and assisting in the cracking of course. We were definitely spoiled! Before dinner we had entertainment from Gracie and Caleb. The artists painted the wall. Notice Gracie was experimenting with splatter painting and I guess Caleb was with his toes. The girls in the swing well captured the relaxing evening.

We did lots of shopping mainly for Rachael as she has not held on to many maternity clothes. I forget how nice it is to just spend a few hours shopping with my sister. Coming from Nebraska, we sure don't take those opportunities for granted. Among our many finds, Caleb was surprised with a Razorback helmet which he loved.
He wanted everyone to have a turn wearing it. Daddy wore it.
Gracie wore it, but too bad it wasn't a full body helmet.Rachael got a turn.
We even looked over at Emma in the swing to find she got to wear it too.We also spent some time at "our park" as Caleb refers to the nearby park, so those pictures to come.

Where's Caleb?

Emma Katherine is such a poser in all of her ruffles and bows.

She laughs hysterically during tickle time with Daddy
Just last week she took off crawling and began pulling up. Isn't is sweet that she chose Mommy's chair as a child to use. That chair has seen many miles.
Matthew likes to point out how many more pictures there are of Emma than Caleb. It is probably because Emma is much more cooperative and Caleb is usually somewhere like this.He found a new hiding spot and brought his stool from inside to accomplish his mission. He has been known to pull his stool all over the house lately (counter for cookies, bookshelf for piggy bank, etc.) However he was most proud of this spot as you can tell by his one posed smile. This little boy is so funny and always leaves me with plenty of stories to share.

Party Time

The weekend of May 13 was weekend for parties. Friday night Caleb danced the night away (aka 8:00) at a Pajama party. That was one of the most hysterical things I've ever witnessed. He loved the music with nonstop energy.
Then Sunday was a shower for my friend Cindy. We can't wait to meet little Mason very soon.
A race car cake just like his new room.

And of course with such a gorgeous weekend we spent a lot of time outside. Emma enjoyed her first swinging and shared Caleb's excitement.
Even Baron enjoyed the nice weather.

This picture just melts my heart. It doesn't get any sweeter!
