Beach Memories

To say we enjoyed our week at the beach would definitely be an understatement. We ventured home with sun-kissed faces and and vacation memories to remember.
I truly appreciate a week at this pace where the biggest decisions include where to eat dinner and choosing to go to the beach or pool.
The Love of My Life!

Look at this laid back duo!

The kiddos said good bye to the beach before heading home, hopeful to return.

More Sand, Sun, and Fun

She's a happy girl when Daddy is holding her.

After some family pictures on the beach, we tried a new restaurant Cobalt and  really enjoyed it. Before dinner, I took the boys to walk the dock.
Emma checked out the menu and everyone had fun.

Thursday we were without the Lynch family as they had to go back early, but tried to soak in as much beach as possible during the last two days. Caleb had so much fun riding the waves, but Emma was very vocal about having her turn in the waves too.
These moment of sitting didn't last long for my two as they were busy busy. Emma Katherine wore her swim buoy the whole time she was on the beach as if it was quite the accessory.

Dinner at Bahama Bob's made the perfect backdrop for a few more pictures since it was right on the beach.

Friday was all about digging in the sand. Caleb and new friends worked hard on digging holes to jump into,

sand castles,

and took turns burying and being buried.
I even got in with Caleb!

Dolphins at Sunset

Ending our day in Pensacola with a Dolphin Cruise was perfect especially at sunset!

Emma Katherine was most appreciate of Ian's attention.

Ta-da! She is still talking about the DOLPHINS! on the BOAT! and how they go SPLASH!

We didn't have red bellies to show we were happy having a great time like the dolphins but we sure were!

There were fish for the kiddos to see between dolphin sightings.
Both of them jumped right up on the bow eager to take it all in.
Beautiful Sunset

Captain Caleb helped drive us back home!
