Galway

Our visit to Kylemore Abbey was definitely a highlight. It is known as one of Ireland’s most romantic buildings as it was built as a gift to his wife. Educating it's last year of students, it was quite a place to visit. The grounds were amazing surrounded by a Victorian garden to explore. That afternoon, we explored the town of Galway eating at the highly touted Macdonnough's for fish and chips, walking along the river, and peeking in St. Nicholas' Cathedral. One of our best meals was served by the Hospice, the beneficiary of the group's concert, who were extremely welcoming.
