Last week Emma Katherine decided she was ready to move. Her scooting is a little different as most of the time she uses both hands at the same time to pull herself forward. Here she is playing her new tambourine and happy about her new found talent. She is eating food once a day but finding that not everything is as good as butternut squash and applesauce. I laugh at her deflated excitement.

But most of the time she is too distracted to keep moving as she stops to smile at her audience instead of crawling away.
