Clayton at 5 Months

Clayton has become quite the conversationalist. He will "coo coo" for a while. Jan 4th he really discovered his voice by himself. It was so sweet to hear this conversation from inside his room. Precious! The next week he had full body excitement adding arms and legs.
The drool has picked up quite a bit and loves to put those hand in his mouth. He isn't crazy about his pacifier it but definitely takes when needed. He skipped from shoe size 1 to 3 which probably more indicates how frequently he wear shoes. As cold as it's been, we are mostly in something footed.
We enjoyed a couple random Arkansas days of beautiful weather among the days of freezing. he started batting at the toys in his bouncy seat and finally grabbed a hold on the 13th. He showed us he was ready to be on the move by turning 180 degrees in the bed and we celebrated with a trip to Tulsa.
To celebrate 5 months and a good friend's birthday, he tried out a bouncy house (ok he smiled while being propped up) and was all grins as usual. Daddy's been working on strength. Clayton will hold on to fingers and do most of the work to sit from being on his back.
He is still the most content little guy and every time I leave him in the nursery or for parent's night out, everyone always comments on his snuggling.
