Beginning to look like Christmas

Since we were leaving town for Thanksgiving, we used the few days before to put up our tree and get the lights up outside.  Emma Katherine is in such awe of the lights this year. You can tell she has spotted some when you hear an excited "look" followed by immediate silence.

She was also a fan of the red balls. She and Caleb enjoyed helping fill the hurricane globes with ornaments still done like at our wedding. Each one was filled numerous times as it is just as much fun to lift and let them all come tumbling down.

Emma Katherine loves to point and tell you the parts of her face.

We also still have our pumpkins sitting outside the door because she loves to play with them.

Wednesday we headed to Little Rock to spend time with Grandma. Of course she had a birthday present waiting for Caleb and a lap big enough for two to color.

Caleb loves playing with the box of Daddy's toys when he is there.

Miss Emma Kate, on the other hand, prefers choosing the biggest seat to herself and kicking back with her blanket and a bowl of Cheerios.
