Thanksgiving weekend was such a beautiful sunny weekend. There once was a time in my life that  day after Thanksgiving meant putting up the Christmas tree. Now it's all about football.

After playing in the leaves at Grandma's house, we headed over to the Robbins for some football watching and Kinect playing.

How cute are these two boys! Game days are usually at the stadium in Fayetteville, so getting to enjoy football fun at their house was such a treat.
And just when you thought she couldn't be cuter, this big girl comes waltzing down the hall sporting my sunglasses. She is such a hoot!

After returning home, we put final touches on the tree and of course had more birthday presents for Caleb to open.

You think he was a little over pictures?

Poor Matt was quite sick the week after we came home. Monday he had to take a nap while Emma napped. Caleb did a little more than watch a movie.
To Caleb's defense, he has had so much birthday present opening and he was very good while Daddy was out of commission. Bless his precious heart, when asked what happened, he exclaimed...Mommy I love my firetruck! He had gone to quite an extent getting a stool for scissors to cut the box open. It was actually the only present of his that he opened and I was in awe of his cutting skills. Call me a pushover, but I couldn't take it away. I was reminded of his novel idea last year of making it snow...inside. Memories never to forget!
