Caleb has been working on fulfilling his new Big Brother brother role. We even call his seat the "big brother seat" because it is now in a new spot by the window and right next to Emma. He was slightly confused when he saw her belly button asking if she had pooped. I told him it was her boo boo and he seemed satisfied when I assured him it would get better. Yesterday morning I looked over at him trying to wipe her mouth which slightly resembled a face buffing followed by one of many kisses to her head. Although it left behind blueberry muffin crumbs, I smiled knowing those were some of the sweetest kisses she'll ever receive. He likes to call her "baby sister" and we love watching her continuous stretching and smiling. We are reminded of not only watching the miracle of a new life but also seeing it though the eyes of a two year old little boy.
