4th of July Weekend

We had a fun-filled 4th of July weekend. This is one of my favorites of the summer with the patriotic mood, fun activities, and everything red white and blue. We were covered in our patriotic colors.
Caleb was all smiles with Daddy and I sure took advantage of the opportunity.
Caleb and Emma Katherine were just too precious in their patriotic colors.
These two cuties weren't left on the doorstep for long. We had lots of celebrating to do.
Saturday night we had a good time with friends. Nathan was a good sport being bombarded with balloons. We made edible pretzel sparklers to take to a friend's BBQ Sunday night.Monday we made it a late night to watch our own neighborhood display. The guys did a great job and the kiddos had a perfect front row seat.
Caleb had much more fun with the sparklers than last year. And just like a good audio guy's son, covered his ears for every boom. We can't jeopardize those musical ears for Daddy has big plans for them.
We are so proud to call this country our home where we cherish our many freedoms and had such a good time celebrating. God bless America!
