Mother's Day

Mother's Day 2012 at Church
My two little blessings looked precious as always. In church we sang "give and take away" which perfectly illustrated my feeling about this day. My own mother was never able to meet these two precious babies, however, I know I am better prepared for my most rewarding job because of it. Because of this perspective, I can truly be grateful and thankful for each thing that has been given and taken away.

As much as she's changing, I can't believe her birthday dress from last year still fits 11 months later.
When I picked up Caleb from his class at church, he met me like this. I am so thankful that not only does he have so much fun at church, but he is learning so much about God's truths.
When Grandma arrived, Caleb was so excited to give her a  bubble gun and refill station. Attached was a ticket for a backyard bubble blowing date. He said he wanted to "blow bubbles just me and Grandma."
Friday night before was Parent's Night Out. We used the opportunity to go bowling for the first time. Our first rolls were quite opposite of each other!
The weekend before we got May started enjoying the sunshine. While Matt worked, we had fun at the Promenade.

Balloon animals and live music...what could be more entertaining?
