Early morning and evenings are my favorite times to enjoy the beach. There's nothing like sinking toes into the cool sand.

Our first meal was at Shrimp Basket. I think Matt's a glutton for punishment liking their facebook page and being reminded of their specials throughout the year. Apparently everyone is catching the word about how great this little place is as we saw this big blue heron outside the door when we arrived.
A funny memory was Emma deciding the cord on my dress made a good leash, pretending I was a cow, and trying to lead me around while making mooing sounds. This girl's imagination keeps us laughing!
